Ms. Brown possesses over 20 years of comprehensive experience in project development, construction management, interior design and general contracting. She has developed strong skills in assessing pre- development requirements and logistical planning for construction projects to effectively manage and utilize project’s human, time and financial resources. She has successfully completed numerous turn-key construction projects.

Through her work with private investors and non-profit agencies engaging in the redevelopment of housing and commercial properties, she maintains a special interest in pursuing projects that impact the revitalization of urban neighborhoods and communities located in under-served and economically under- utilized areas

Ms. Brown manages the company’s financial performance and provides strategic planning to ensure their mission to possess a recognizable brand, a strong marketplace position and to operate profitably in the residential and commercial construction industry is achieved. She is directly responsible for day to day operations and the procurement of contract professionals and subcontractors as needed to successfully complete a project.

Before founding the company in 2004, Ms. Brown was a partner for 8 years in an interior design firm that specialized in high-end residential renovation projects. In addition to performing interior design planning she was responsible for the contract administration of projects and the company’s fiscal management.
